Tulsa-Time Merits Grand Banners in International Milking Shorthorn Show

MADISON, WIS. – Cates Ruben Tulsa-Time-EXP, owned by Peter J. Cate of Warren, N.H. was the winning entry in the Five-Year-Old Cow Class, October 5, 2016 in the International Milking Shorthorn Show at World Dairy Expo®. Tulsa-Time’s win led her to the honors of Senior and Grand Champion Female, while also receiving Best Udder and the Udder Comfort $1,000 Grand Champion Cash Award. Meanwhile, Elron Megadeth Waveland-EXP-ET, owned by Halie Gruenwald of Lost Nation, Iowa, was awarded Reserve Grand Champion Female after placing first in the Junior Four-Year-Old Cow class and being named Reserve Senior Champion Female.

Judge Eric Topp of Wapakoneta, Ohio placed 221 entries, ­­­64 of which were Juniors.
